The 034Motorsport 330mmx22mm 2-Piece Floating Rear Brake Rotor Upgrade Kit for the Audi B8/B8.5 S4/S5 & Q5/SQ5 is a complete replacement brake rotor kit, designed to work flawlessly with the factory rear calipers found on these models. Each rotor weighs approximately 12.15lbs, reducing rotational weight by 4.50lbs per corner compared to the factory 16.65lb rotors. The rotor retains proper thermal mass and utilizes 72 directionally curved vanes for efficient heat dissipation. The central hat is made of 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum, and the disc is constructed from a proprietary metal alloy. The rotor face features J-Slot slots to clean the pad surface and allow hot pad outgassing, reducing braking noise. The floating mount system uses high-strength alloy steel bobbins, allowing for safe expansion and contraction from heat.
