Rough Country's 4.5 in. Ford Suspension Lift Kit is an easy-to-install lift kit that raises the front of your vehicle to be equal height with the rear for a leveled, better-than-stock look. It includes front, lifted coil spacers, radius arm drop brackets, track bar drop bracket, and premium N3 shocks. This kit allows for fitting up to a 35-inch tire with proper wheel backspacing.
