This 4-inch Suspension Lift System from Rough Country includes lifted leaf springs, polyurethane bushings, a steering block, and hardware for the front, along with leaf springs, u-bolts, and hardware for the rear. It also comes with four Premium N2.0 Shocks. This kit is specifically designed for 1974 Dodge W100, W200, and W300 Pickups equipped with a Dana 44 front axle, and it is not compatible with models from the first half of the 1974 model year.
