Overview

The Roush Performance Side-Exit Black-Tip Cat-Back Exhaust system (Part # 421711-BLK) is designed for 2011–2014 Ford F-150 and Raptor trucks with the 6.2L V8 engine. It delivers an aggressive sound, race-inspired styling, and improved performance by enhancing airflow and reducing back pressure. The system features a high-flow, canister-style muffler with 3-inch exhaust piping, which deletes the factory resonator for a deeper, throatier exhaust note. Constructed from durable, mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, it features dual side-exit 4" black tips made of 304 stainless steel, laser-etched with the Roush logo. Installation is a bolt-on process, requiring no cutting or welding, integrates with factory hangers, and typically takes about 2 hours with light to moderate mechanical skill.
