The Aces Royal Flush EFI/CDI system represents a significant advancement in aftermarket EFI products, combining EFI control and CDI ignition within a single ECU for enhanced performance. Its CDI technology delivers a hotter spark, promoting more efficient fuel burn and maximizing power, particularly in boosted applications. The system is built around four 100 lb./hr. fuel injectors, supporting up to 650 horsepower, and features a remote-mounted 32-bit ECU to mitigate heat and vibration damage common in other systems. Included components consist of the throttle body, which houses integrated TPS, MAP, IAT sensors, and stepper motors, along with a full wiring harness, a wideband O2 sensor, the ECU, and a 5-inch touchscreen handheld programmer for intuitive tuning and engine data monitoring. The Royal Flush is designed to fit any 4150-flange 4-barrel intake manifold, facilitating straightforward installation. For stock to mild applications, its calibration wizard and self-learning features eliminate the need for advanced tuning expertise. However, more aggressive or performance-oriented builds can leverage Aces' full tuning software suite and USB data cable for manual adjustments. The system is boost-compatible, ready with a 3-bar TMAP sensor, and capable of supporting up to 27 lbs. of boost. It also offers a 2-stage rev limiter for launch control and burn-out, as well as step retard for nitrous control. While the system includes a CDI ignition box, a separate ignition coil and distributor are required and sold separately. These components are included in the Top End and Master Kit options for those seeking full timing control. The ECU is intentionally remote-mounted from the throttle body to prevent potential damage from engine heat or vibration, a common issue with integrated designs. The self-learning capability is best suited for stock-mild applications, with advanced tuning available via free PC software for more aggressive setups. The system is compatible with most stock or aftermarket ignition components and tachometers, and can integrate with Dakota Digital dashes using the BIM-EFI-1 module.
