The Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap 2-O intake manifold is engineered for street performance in Chevy Big Block 396-502 cid V8 engines featuring large oval-port cylinder heads, specifically those from 1975 and earlier, or Edelbrock Performer/Performer RPM heads. This dual-plane, high-rise manifold utilizes race-winning technology derived from Edelbrock's Victor Series competition intakes. Its Air-Gap design provides a significant performance advantage by keeping the intake runners cooler, which leads to a denser and more potent air-fuel mixture. It is designed for use with a single 4-barrel carburetor and is optimized for an operating range of 1500 to 6500 RPM. Key specifications include a front height of 4.450 inches, a rear height of 6 inches, and a center height of 5.220 inches. The flange type is 4150, and it is designed without EGR. Note that this manifold will not fit under the stock hood of a Corvette, 1965-67 Chevelle, or 1967-81 Camaro due to its height.
