RR670 Supercharger System

The RR Racing Supercharger Kit RR670 is engineered to boost the performance of Lexus RC and RC F sport models, including the RCF and GSF. This kit features a Rotrex c38-91 supercharger, the largest in their line, driven by a dedicated system that ensures proper belt tension without overstressing accessory components. It includes a custom-tuned harmonic crank damper developed with ATI Performance to manage engine harmonics at high horsepower levels, enhancing reliability. A billet tensioner system, Gates Racing Kevlar drive belts, and double-bearing billet idler pulleys contribute to the system's robustness. For efficient air intake, genuine twill weave carbon fiber tubing is utilized for an enhanced look and function. With this kit, customers can expect approximately 670hp at the crank or 560-570 wheel horsepower (whp) at 6psi peak boost pressure, running on 93 pump gas, when equipped with standard PPE headers and a high-flow dual exhaust. The ECU tune is meticulously developed, modifying hundreds of stock ECU maps to support up to 570whp without requiring fuel system modifications. The kit also incorporates dual Turbosmart "Big Bubba" 2" blow-off valves for essential venting, and a custom Bell Intercoolers air-to-air intercooler core measuring 4.5"x12"x10". RR-Racing recommends purchasing a boost gauge kit and an Air/Oil Separator (AOS) as optional but recommended additions.
