The Yoshimura RS-12 Exhaust System is a full exhaust system engineered for 2022-2026 KTM, Husqvarna, and Gas Gas 250cc-350cc motorcycles. The RS-12 boasts an aggressive, asymmetrical design that maximizes muffler volume, which aids in sound management, power enhancement, and provides increased clearance for the rear tire and brake caliper. Engineered with factory-level racing input, the RS-12 system incorporates a new header resonator designed to unlock bottom and midrange power, while also providing additional overrev capability. This leads to a wider power curve and measurable performance gains, adding 2.7% max HP and 2.6% max torque compared to the stock system. The precision-machined joints, similar to those used in Yoshimura's works systems, ensure a superior fit, enhance system longevity, and contribute to overall performance. Key features include a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with an industry-leading design, and a carbon fiber construction that covers an inner cap for improved durability and easier servicing. The system also utilizes Yoshimura's patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring for straightforward installation and removal of sound inserts and spark arrestors. The tapered muffler body inlet allows the system to be positioned further forward, aiding in weight centralization without performance compromise. This system is proudly designed, developed, and made in the USA.
