RS-12 Full System Stainless Steel/Aluminum/Carbon Fiber

The Yoshimura RS-12 Full System is a high-performance exhaust upgrade for the Yamaha YZ450F (2020-2022) and WR450F (2021-2023). This design also ensures greater clearance for the tire and brake caliper. Constructed from durable stainless steel with an iconic aluminum muffler, this full system aims to smooth the power and torque transition of the YZ450F, providing better connectivity to the dirt and enhancing rider focus. The RS-12 system features precision-machined joints for a superior, exacting fit and improved system life, performance, and durability. It also includes a patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring, making it easy to install and remove sound inserts and spark arrestors. The system is finished with a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap. Developed and tested over 24 months in factory-level racing, the RS-12 system offers improved performance gains and refined power delivery compared to previous generations. It weighs 8.5 lbs, a slight reduction from the stock 8.7 lbs. Repack kits, optional inserts, and spark arresters are available separately.
