The Yoshimura Aluminum RS-2 Enduro Series Exhaust System is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and quality for Suzuki DR-Z400S and DR-Z400SM motorcycles. Proudly made in the USA, this full exhaust system features a durable stainless steel header, tail-pipe, and cone end-cap, complemented by an aluminum muffler for a sleek finish and reduced weight (2.2 lbs lighter than stock). Experience a noticeable boost in power with dyno-proven gains of 4.2% in max horsepower and 9% in max torque. The RS-2 system is designed for a balance of performance and rideability, incorporating a large core and increased muffler packing volume to ensure quieter operation compared to many aftermarket alternatives. It also comes equipped with a USFS-approved spark arrestor for compliance and safety. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as the stainless steel header, tail-pipe, muffler assembly, exhaust springs, heat shield, and an off-road end cap plug. The fitment is specified for 2000-2009 and 2011-2024 Suzuki DR-Z400S models, and 2005-2009 and 2013-2024 Suzuki DR-Z400SM models. Yoshimura also offers a 1-year warranty on this product.
