Overview

The VIS Racing RS front lip is a DTM-style aerodynamic enhancement for the 2012-2014 Mercedes C-Class W204 C63. It is constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material.

The lip features a two-part construction design with a top layer of carbon fiber bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with a UV-protective polyurethane coating for a high gloss. A one-piece underside shell enhances structural integrity, and hand-smoothed edges ensure a quality finish.

The VIS Racing RS front lip offers a DTM-style aerodynamic upgrade for the 2012-2014 Mercedes C-Class W204 C63. Crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this component is designed to enhance the vehicle's aggressive aesthetic. The construction utilizes a two-part design, integrating a top layer of carbon fiber with a high-grade epoxy resin. This is finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating (Poly Shield) to maintain a high gloss and resist fading. A smooth, one-piece underside shell is fused to the top layer, significantly improving the product's structural integrity and durability. The edges are meticulously hand-smoothed for a premium finish. VIS Racing has further refined its manufacturing process, incorporating the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for parts produced using a single-mold vacuum. This technique results in components that are 10-20% lighter while simultaneously enhancing durability. This product may be transitioning to or already utilizing the VIP process. All VIS Carbon Fiber Hoods and Trunks come with a VIS badge of authenticity. Due to the intended use of these aerodynamic parts, hood pins are required for installation. These products are generally intended for off-road use unless local and state laws permit otherwise.
