RS Series 36-Way Adjustable Coilover Kit

The D2 Racing RS Series suspension kit is their most popular coilover, engineered for modified street cars that also frequent track days. It features a 36-way adjustable monotube design, offering independent adjustments for damping and rebound. This allows for precise suspension tuning while ensuring full strut travel is maintained at all ride heights. The kit enables a significant ride height adjustment, typically dropping the vehicle 60mm to 100mm from its original specification, with some applications offering even more drop. Constructed with SAE9254 springs to prevent deformation and 6061 aluminum components to resist rust from rain or snow, these coilovers are built for durability. Key features include the option of rubber or pillowball rubber upper mounts, with McPherson-style applications including camber plates. The goal is to maintain factory comfort levels, making it suitable for daily drivers or moderate track use. All D2 Racing RS Series coilovers come with Teflon-coated threads, a flawless CNC finish, and two adjustment keys for ride height. They also feature carefully matched spring and damper rates. Custom spring rates are available at an additional charge. Additionally, D2 Racing offers an optional VERA Air Cup kit, compatible with the front of the RS Coilovers, which provides on-demand height adjustment via a CNC-machined billet aluminum system. This air cup kit is available in configurations with different control systems (Silver, Gold, Gold Tankless) and shock shaft diameter options of 12.5mm or 20mm.
