Description

The VIS Racing RS style carbon fiber hood offers a lightweight alternative to factory body panels for 2014-2017 Ford Fiesta 2-door and 4-door vehicles. Constructed using a two-part design, the hood features a high-grade carbon fiber top layer fused to a smooth, one-piece underside shell to enhance structural integrity. Each piece is finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective Poly Shield coating for a durable, high-gloss appearance, and the edges are hand-smoothed to ensure a quality finish. This component utilizes the company's Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which results in parts that are 10-20% lighter than traditional manufacturing methods while improving overall durability. Due to the nature of aftermarket body panels, professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure proper fitment and alignment. Minor adjustments may be required during the installation process to achieve an optimal fit.
