Overview

The Yoshimura RS-12 Signature Series full system exhaust is designed for the 2025 Honda CRF450R and CRF450RX models. This exhaust system features a hydroformed muffler and header primary for improved performance, durability, and fit. The RS-12 profile is aggressive and asymmetrical, maximizing muffler volume and managing sound.

Key features include a carbon-faced machined joint that eliminates the need for anti-seize, a header resonator developed with the Honda HRC Team to maximize power, and a cast manifold for increased strength and easier installation. The system comes with an installed INS-32-K sound insert, which contributes to an improved exhaust note and optimal power delivery. This product is designed, developed, and made in the USA.
