RS3871 Turbo Kit w/ V2 Bottom Mount Manifold

The ISR Performance 1991-1998 Nissan 240SX KA24DE Upgrade Turbo Kit offers an affordable solution for boosting the power of the KA24DE engine. This kit is built around the ISR Performance RS3871 Turbo, capable of supporting up to approximately 380hp. It includes essential components such as the ISR Performance V2 KA24DE Bottom Mount Turbo Manifold, Turbine O2 Housing, Downpipe, Intake Kit, and a KA-T Front Mount Intercooler Kit. While this kit provides the core components for a turbo upgrade, it is not 100% complete. Buyers will need to source and install their own oil feed and drain lines, as ISR Performance does not currently offer a specific line kit for the KA. Additionally, if a blow-off valve (BOV) is desired, the S13 SR20DET Hotpipe and BOV Flange made by ISR are required. The kit does not include a BOV flange by default, but one can be added upon request. Installation of this bottom-mount turbo kit may require modifications. The downpipe may come very close to the floorboard, necessitating either clearancing of the downpipe and floorboard or the use of Xcessive KA lowering brackets. Furthermore, the kit requires additional supporting modifications, including a Z32 MAF, upgraded injectors, and a custom ROM tune to ensure proper operation and performance. Users should also be aware that the RS3871 turbo is rated to ~380hp and requires tuning, injectors, and a MAF, among other components.
