RS7-R Turbo Upgrade Audi 4.0T FSI

The JHM RS7-R Turbocharger Upgrade is engineered to enhance the performance of Audi's C7 S6, S7, RS7, and D4 A8, S8 models equipped with the 4.0T FSI engine. This upgrade offers a direct-in, 100% drop-in OEM fitment with a factory appearance. It features an Ultra-Flow 47/61mm 11-blade compressor wheel constructed from Aerospace Grade A2618 Billet Aluminum and a lightweight, high-strength Aerospace Grade 718 Nickel Inconel turbine wheel. The turbo undergoes a rigorous multi-step balancing process, including static, low-speed, and high-speed VSR balancing, ensuring optimal performance and durability. All internal components meet or exceed OEM standards, manufactured to JHM specifications by Melett. The design provides over 10% more flow compared to OEM IHI RS7 turbos. The product is intended for off-road use only and is not legal for highway vehicles. Fitment is confirmed for the Audi A8 D4-D4.5 (2011-2017) 4.0t V8, RS7 C7-C7.5 (2014-2018) 4.0t V8, S6 C7-C7.5 (2013-2018) 4.0t V8, S7 C7-C7.5 (2013-2018) 4.0t V8, and S8 D4-D4.5 (2013-2017) 4.0t V8. Potential supporting modifications for optimal performance include upgraded oil lines and stage 3 tuning.
