The Rancho RS9000XL is an adjustable shock absorber engineered with a large 2.75-inch diameter tri-tube body, which increases fluid capacity and promotes cooler, more consistent operation, even during demanding towing applications. This design contributes to enhanced performance and durability. The shock features a nine-position tuning technology, providing nine distinct levels of damping control, allowing users to adjust from a very soft to a very firm ride. Construction includes a larger than typical 18-mm diameter chromed piston rod and low-friction, self-lubricating seals. The RS9000XL series shocks are supplied with all necessary washers, bushings, and nuts for installation, utilizing factory shock mounting bolts. Rancho offers a limited lifetime warranty on qualifying RS9000XL shock absorbers against defects in materials or workmanship. These shocks are compatible with a wide range of Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models from 1994-2021 (rear) and 1994-2019 (front 4WD, with up to 2.5-inch lift), as well as Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty models from 2005-2022 (front 4WD, with up to 5.0-inch lift).
