RSX Turbo Kit with GT3582 Turbo, Intercooler, BOV, Wastegate

The DC5 Creations RSX Turbo Kit is engineered to deliver a substantial power upgrade for k20 and k24 engines, transforming your vehicle's performance. This comprehensive kit features a high-performance Pulsar Dual Ball Bearing Gen 2 GT3582 turbocharger with an 82AR/.81 A/R, paired with a DC5 Creations turbo manifold and a robust 600/800hp intercooler system complete with custom mounts. Essential components for optimal boost control are included, such as a Pulsar 60mm wastegate and a Pulsar 50mm blow-off valve. The kit provides all the necessary plumbing, including a turbo oil feed line with heat sleeve, a turbo drain line with an aluminum bung, and 2.5-inch intercooler piping specifically designed for the chassis, consisting of four aluminum pipes, couplers, and clamps. It also includes an intake temp sensor bung adapter, a steel OE oil pan with a welded 10AN bung, and a separately supplied 3-inch downpipe with a wastegate dump tube. Additional components like a turbo blanket and velocity stack are also part of the package. To complete the installation and ensure proper operation, several other items are recommended or required. For drivetrains, a Master FX400 clutch is recommended for under 600hp, while the Master 725 twin-disc clutch is advised for over 600hp. A significant fuel system upgrade is crucial, with 2150cc injectors from FCI and a 450 Walbro fuel pump being recommended to ensure adequate fuel delivery. The battery must be relocated, and it's important to note that the intercooler piping is designed to work exclusively with the RBC manifold or the Skunk2 Street Ultra manifold. A fuel pump relay harness is also necessary. Special considerations apply to k20 cylinder heads that have a heater line in the back; these may require deleting or using a custom heater kit. K24 cylinder heads do not present this issue. The manufacturer advises that all sales are final and recommends watching installation videos before ordering.
