Description

The Merchant Automotive 10611 is a transmission cooler line repair kit and cutter designed to replace leaking coolant lines. It is specifically for use on Allison Transmissions from 2001 to 2005. This kit addresses leaks that commonly occur at the factory crimp on OEM-installed coolant lines, especially in cold weather when the rubber hose shrinks.

The replacement lines feature high-grade fittings and heavy-duty, D.O.T.-approved hydraulic hoses capable of withstanding nearly 2000 PSI. The kit includes a mini tube cutter for installation, which involves cutting the factory line a half inch from the crimp.
