RUBBER SUSPENSION HELPER

The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System Rear Kit (NPR001) replaces the jounce stop on the vehicle's frame. It features hollow rubber springs engineered to deliver a progressive spring rate, meaning they work harder to prevent rear-end sag as more weight pushes down on them. This system automatically adjusts to keep the vehicle level when pulling a trailer or carrying a heavy load, while maintaining superb ride quality whether loaded or unloaded. Timbren recommends a ½” to 1 ½” gap between the rubber spring and axle for optimal unloaded ride quality. The laser-cut, precision-bent, and powder-coated steel components ensure a quality fit.
