The VIS Racing Rubicon Style Carbon Fiber Hood is engineered for Jeep Wrangler JK 4DR models spanning the 2007-2018 model years. This custom-fit hood is crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, ensuring both a premium look and robust durability. It features a two-part construction process: a top layer of carbon fiber bonded with high-grade epoxy resin, protected by an ultra-clear, UV-resistant polyurethane coating for a lasting high-gloss finish. This is complemented by a one-piece, smooth underside shell that enhances the hood's structural integrity. Advanced manufacturing techniques, including the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), are employed to produce parts that are lighter and more durable than previous methods.
