The Rugged Radios FHS-42-1/4 is a Behind-The-Head Fire Safety Industrial Headset designed for comfort and clear transmissions. It features a DNC (Dynamic Noise Cancelling) microphone, Clear Hear speakers, and a rugged full-flex mic boom. The headset supports any brand or type of fire intercom with optional coil-cords and offers dual 5-pin quick-disconnect for right or left body side connection, ensuring complete serviceability. It's available in three configurations: no buttons, PTT (Push To Talk) button on ear dome, and Mic On/Off button. The headset also includes a large detent volume control and a carbon fiber style finish. It is compatible with David Clark, Avcomm, Sigtronics, Rugged, and Firecom headsets when using CC-1/4 or CC-FIRECOM coil cords.
