Installation is straightforward, involving the removal of the center storage compartment and replacement with the multi-mount plate. The kit is compatible with a wide range of Rugged Radios models, as well as specific Icom, Kenwood, and Motorola/Vertex radios. It also supports numerous Rugged Radios intercom models.
