Overview

The Pyrotect SA2025 Midair Offroad Race Helmet is a SA2025 rated helmet designed for off-road, circle track, or kart racing. Its unique mid-air inlet location provides better airflow to the shield, helping to clear fog or dust, and allows for more headroom in the vehicle. The elevated inlet also prevents air from pushing into the front microphone, ensuring clearer communication.

The helmet features the Rugged Radios Alpha Audio Hemet Kit with a 3.5mm earbud jack. It is constructed with a composite Tri Weave vacuum-bagged and autoclave-cured shell for strength and durability while remaining lightweight. The interior is made of fire-retardant Nomex and includes a removable six-pad headliner and cheek pad system for a perfect fit and easy cleaning. Stainless steel hardware and a Kevlar chinstrap ensure longevity.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. In stock parts ship promptly from our partner network. Special-order items either aren’t currently stocked or are built to your spec — expect 4–6 weeks. If a part goes on backorder while your order is in the queue, we’ll reach out and work through discounted alternatives together.

Free shipping over $200 in the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and international orders carry surcharges — most appear at checkout. Some exceptions (LTL freight, or suppliers who quote freight only after we place the order) won’t. In those cases we’ll reach out with the exact charge before your order moves forward.
