The STR Performance Runner Flap Delete Kit is a custom-made Teflon Intake Reed Valve Delete Kit specifically designed for the 2.0 TDI CommonRail engines found in Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, and Skoda vehicles manufactured between 2008 and 2014. This kit allows for the removal of the six intake flaps, which can become clogged and heavy over time, leading to support and fixing point breakage. If these flaps break while the engine is running, pieces can fall into the engine, causing catastrophic failure. The kit features Teflon valves, precisely manufactured on a digital machine in France, and includes a compatible mounting kit for OEM aluminum intake manifolds with reference 03L129711E. This is a Plug&Play kit, meaning installation is straightforward and can be performed by individuals with basic mechanical tools. Installing this kit helps preserve the engine from failure, ensures optimal engine operation, reduces fouling and calamine buildup, leads to lower consumption, and extends the engine's lifespan. The kit is designed for compatibility with aluminum collectors referencing 03L129711E and is suitable for a wide range of engine codes within the 2.0 TDI family, including CAAB, CAGA, CAGB, CAGC, CAHA, CAHB, CBAA, CBAB, CBAC, CBBB, CBDA, CBDB, CBDC, CEGA, CJAA, and CMEA.
