Description

The Rust Buster RB7802L is an over-axle frame repair kit designed for 2001-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD single rear wheel trucks. This kit caps the frame from the outside, requiring no cutting, and features matching OE holes for a precise fit. It is constructed from heavy-duty 7-gauge steel and includes new Class 10.9 hardware for the bump stop.

The repair section is located between the rear fuel tank crossmember and the spare tire crossmember, measuring 21.9 inches in length. Welding is required for installation. The product is backed by a lifetime warranty and ships with an oil protective coating to prevent oxidation during transit.
