This repair kit is engineered as a safe, proven alternative to full frame replacement, restoring structural integrity without compromising vehicle geometry or OE mounting points. Each section is precision-designed to reinforce known failure areas while integrating seamlessly with the original frame. It measures 30.25 inches in length, includes Class 10.9 mounting hardware for the cab crossmember, and includes perforation for the rear cab mount. It is made from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel (3/16th) and ships with an oil protective coating to prevent oxidation during transit. Welding is required for installation. It is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.
