Description

This replacement Spare Tire Crossmember is designed to OEM specifications for a perfect fit on GMT900 series chassis vehicles such as the Chevy Avalanche, GMC Yukon XL, Chevy Suburban, and Cadillac EXT and ESV. It addresses corrosion issues in the frame caused by road debris and moisture. The crossmember is made from heavy-duty 11 gauge steel, installs between the frame rails just forward of the rear body mounts, measures 37.125 inches in length, and includes OEM holes and a cut-out and welded nut to reinstall the OE tire hoist. Welding is required for installation. It ships with an oil protective coating to prevent oxidation during transit and is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.
