Ruthenium HX Spark Plug

The construction features a copper core electrode with an iridium tip, noted as being significantly harder than platinum, ensuring peak engine performance and an extremely high melting point. Additionally, trivalent metal plating on the tip provides enhanced corrosion resistance and anti-seizing capabilities. These spark plugs are a direct fit replacement, requiring no modifications and can typically be installed within approximately 2 hours with basic hand tools and moderate mechanical skill. They come with a heat range of 7 and a 0.035-inch spark plug gap, recommended for forced induction or nitrous applications. The plugs are constructed with a 14mm threaded pattern and are available as a set of eight. Ford Performance offers a limited 2-year warranty on these spark plugs. These spark plugs are specifically designed and engineered for compatibility with all 2011 to 2017 GT Mustangs equipped with an aftermarket supercharger.
