The CURT RVibrake Shadow flat tow brake system provides reliable braking for your towed vehicle when flat towing behind an RV. It features a 0.5-second response time for enhanced safety and control. Required by law in most U.S. states and all Canadian provinces, this permanently installed system needs no user setup before each trip. Smart tow-mode detection automatically senses when you’re towing and activates the brakes. A built-in 10-amp battery charger prevents the towed vehicle’s battery from draining. The plug-and-play design allows for fast, easy installation without wire crimping, soldering, or disassembly. The kit includes the RVibrake Shadow box, booster box, breakaway system, hose and fittings, cables, command center tablet and hub, and hardware. Designed to fit most vehicle makes and models. Not compatible with some firewall configurations and vehicles with Hydroboost braking systems.
