RX7-S6-8 Intercooler Kit

The Plazmaman Mazda RX-7 Series 6-8 Intercooler Kit is engineered to support high-boost applications, targeting vehicles that require reliable and sustainable horsepower gains. This kit features a lightweight 600mm x 300mm x 76mm tube and fin intercooler core, capable of handling up to 900hp. Constructed with a Plazmaman-developed external fin spacing for maximum airflow to the radiator, the kit includes a complete CNC mandrel-bent aluminum piping system that connects directly to the factory throttle body elbow. Unlike flexible rubber hoses, the hard aluminum piping enhances airflow and prevents collapse under boost pressure. The original radiator coolant bottle and OEM air box can be reused in their factory locations. Additionally, the center-entry intercooler piping design ensures compatibility with larger diameter wheel combinations, avoiding common fitment issues found in other kits. The intercooler kit is available in raw, polished, or stealth black finishes, with silicone hoses offered in blue or black to match your build's aesthetic. Complementary air intake kits are also available to further enhance performance and visual appeal.
