Rywire Honda B/D-Series Mil-Spec Engine Harness w/Chassis Specific Adapter

The Rywire RY-B1-MILSPEC-EG is a Mil-Spec engine harness designed for Honda B-series and D-series engines, specifically for installation into 1992-1995 Honda Civic/Del Sol and 1994-1995 Acura Integra chassis. This harness is built with Mil-Spec Teflon coated wire (ETFE insulation, also known as Tefzel) with a maximum heat rating of 200°C, offering high chemical and radiation resistance, and excellent mechanical durability. The wiring is protected by Raychem DR-25 heat shrink covering and adhesive-lined wire junctions to prevent moisture ingress. Each connector is crimped with pneumatic heads to ensure OEM quality and is tagged with yellow identification labels for ease of installation. Heavy interference circuits are protected and properly grounded. All Rywire engine harnesses are made with OBD1 (92-95) computer connectors. While a computer plug adapter can be used for OBD2 computers, the harness does not natively support USDM OBD2 computers (except for H22 and GSR stock computers). Aftermarket computers using OBD2 plugs and non-US OBD2 computers are compatible. The harness features a custom, chassis-specific sub-harness that can be separated from the main engine harness, allowing for easier engine removal and chassis changes by only replacing the sub-harness. Rywire also offers an optional firewall-mounted Mil-Spec connector for even quicker engine changes.
