The SXTH Element 1.6T SmartStream S-300 Hybrid Turbocharger Upgrade is engineered to replace the stock 2M900 turbocharger and boost performance significantly. This upgrade features a larger 41/53mm compressor wheel, replacing the original 36.25/49mm wheel, to support an increased output of up to 300 wheel horsepower (whp). The turbo's design incorporates a signature sinuous curve compressor with a swirling airflow pattern. This innovative design maximizes blade surface area and enhances aerodynamic efficiency, which reduces turbulence and minimizes airflow losses for smoother, more consistent performance. To manage the larger compressor wheel, the thrust components have been upgraded, ensuring durability and stability under high-performance conditions. Further enhancements include an increased overall compressor height to improve airflow and a meticulously machined cover to boost air intake efficiency. The design also contributes to a reduced chance of surge, leading to more stable and reliable operation. The compatibility is listed as 28231-2M900. This product is currently listed as discontinued.
