S-300 Hybrid Turbocharger Upgrade

The SXth Element 1.6T SmartStream S-300 Hybrid Turbocharger Upgrade is designed to replace the stock 2M900 turbocharger. It features an upgraded compressor wheel, increasing its size from 36.25/49mm to 41/53mm for enhanced airflow and performance. The turbo is engineered to support up to 300 wheel horsepower (whp).

This upgrade incorporates a signature sinuous curve compressor with a swirling design to maximize blade surface area and aerodynamic efficiency. It also includes increased overall compressor height and upgraded thrust components to handle the larger wheel, along with a machined cover for improved air intake. This design aims to reduce turbulence and minimize aerodynamic losses for smoother airflow and more stable performance, with a reduced chance of surge.
