S-400 Gen2 Turbocharger Upgrade

The Sxth Element S-400 Gen2 Turbocharger Upgrade is an engineered performance solution designed to replace the stock turbocharger for improved power and throttle responsiveness. At its core is a bespoke point-milled, sweptback sinuous curve compressor wheel that optimizes airflow, paired with an Inconel 9-blade exhaust turbine wheel to reduce backpressure. The assembly includes a 360-degree thrust bearing and utilizes advanced VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) balancing of the CHRA to ensure minimal vibration and long-term durability. Compared to the Gen1 S-400, this unit provides faster spooling, enhanced heat management, and a broader operating range. Compatibility includes the 2022+ Hyundai Elantra N, 2022+ Hyundai Kona N, and 2019+ Hyundai Veloster N. Note that installation on the Veloster N requires the use of the Kona N hot side charge pipe. Professional expert installation is required for this component. The manufacturer warranty will be voided if the unit is installed with used oil lines or if a turbo blanket is utilized.
