Description
Important notes regarding fuel gauge operation include that the distance to empty (DTE) cannot be reprogrammed on GM trucks, so it will display approximately half the remaining mileage. Additionally, the nozzle at high-flow fuel stations may not be able to fill automatically. The S&B tank features a larger surface area at the bottom than the OE tank, providing a greater fuel reserve when the low fuel indicator illuminates.
