The Cargo Buckle F14086 is an S-hook adapter strap designed for use with retractable ratcheting tie-down systems. Each strap features a vinyl-coated S-hook with a built-in keeper for secure attachment to standard tie-down points.

These adapter straps have a length of 9.5 inches and a break strength of 2,500 lbs per strap, with a safe working load limit of 833 lbs. They are sold in a 2-pack.
