This 106" big bore Hot Set Up Kit (R) is easy to install. No machining or rebalanceing is required, and the engine does not need to be removed from the chassis. This kit includes S&S 3.927" bore pistons, big bore cylinders finished in wrinkle black powder coat, S&S 585C chain drive Easy Start camshafts, S&S chromoly steel adjustable pushrods, and S&S high performance tappets. The resulting 106" engine has a compression ratio of 10:1, and is stock height, so there are no frame clearance problems, and a stock EFI Throttle body will fit. No fuel or ignition system is included, However, for the best results, a larger throttle body, performance air cleaner, and performance exhaust are recommended. The EFI system must be recalibrated.

The S&S Cycle 106" Hot Set Up® Engine Performance Kit (MPN: 900-0354) is designed to enhance heat dissipation, increase bore size from 3.750" to 3.927", and achieve 10:1 compression with stock heads. It features easy installation without machining or rebalancing. The kit includes forged coated pistons compatible with stock or S&S Super Stock 79cc and 89cc heads, enlarged valve pocket recesses for oversize valves and higher lift cams, and 11 fins with a full fin pattern on the cam side of cylinders that closely resembles the OEM shape. The kit includes S&S cylinders with gaskets, a piston set with rings, a top end gasket kit, pushrods, tappets, 585CE chain-drive easy start cams, and instructions. A fuel system is not included. Made in the U.S.A.
