The S&S Cycle 320-0603 is a high-performance 4-1/2" stroke flywheel assembly engineered for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight (M8) engines. This component is crucial for performance builds, featuring heat-treated 4140 material for superior strength and durability—more than twice as strong as stock. Its robust design eliminates the need for crankpin welding and allows for higher RPMs, contributing to increased power output. The assembly includes S&S high-strength connecting rods, which are designed using Finite Element Analysis to eliminate weak points. These full-width wristpin connecting rods require the use of S&S Performance Pistons. The flywheel is meticulously balanced for S&S Performance piston weight (1213g) and is ideal for motorcycles running gear drive cams due to its consistent balance and precision machining.
