This 570GE Gear Drive Easy Start cam is designed to greatly improve valve timing accuracy by eliminating timing chain lash and Easy Start Cams allow stock starter to start any engine.

MIA's Description

The S&S Cycle Easy Start Cam Kit allows any engine to start regardless of displacement or compression ratio with a stock starter. It saves the starter and battery, having been tested for 10,000 starts without draining the battery. The cams reduce crank compression for easy starting, and once the engine starts and RPM increases, the compression release lobe retracts, allowing the engine to run with full compression and no loss in performance. All gear-drive cams include a 4-gear set and installation kit. These cams are designed for 88/95/96/103 cubic-inch engines with compression ratios below 10:1. Made in the U.S.A.
