S&S MR103CE Easy Start chain drive camshaft kit for 1999-2006 HD Big Twins except 2006 HD Dyna are recommended for modifed engines with larger displacement and higher compression. More torque and horsepower than bolt in cams can deliver. Stock valve springs in 2005-2006 engines may be used with MR103 and HP103 cams. An S&S oil pump and cam support plate, along with a stock 2007 and later style hydraulic cam chain tensioner upgrade is highly recommended for chain drive cams.

The S&S Cycle 330-0459 is an MR103CE Easy Start chain drive camshaft kit, engineered for 1999-2006 Harley-Davidson Big Twin engines (excluding 2006 Dyna models). This specific grind offers an intake open of 13 degrees, intake close of 33 degrees, intake lift of 0.585 inches, and an intake duration of 226 degrees. The exhaust specifications include an exhaust lift of 0.585 inches, exhaust duration of 252 degrees, exhaust open of 50 degrees, and exhaust close of 22 degrees. An S&S oil pump and cam support plate, along with a stock 2007 and later style hydraulic cam chain tensioner upgrade, are highly recommended for optimal performance with this chain drive cam kit.
