The S&S Cycle 551 Easy Start Chain Drive Camshafts (part number 551-1571) are designed to improve low-end and midrange torque (idle-4000 RPM) for Harley Davidson big twin engines. These camshafts feature Easy Start Technology, allowing for starting with a stock starter regardless of displacement or compression. They are suitable for 96-106 CID engines with 9:1 to 10:1 compression ratio.
