S Series Triple Disc Clutch Kit

The Monster S Series Triple Disc Clutch is engineered for high-performance applications, specifically for the Cadillac CTS-V Gen 2. This "big brother" to the S Series twin clutch uses advanced technology to achieve a remarkable power handling capability of up to 1,150 rear-wheel horsepower and torque. It features a modified factory GM LT1 based pressure plate, meticulously adjusted for lift, release, and plate load, ensuring enhanced performance without increasing pedal effort beyond factory levels. This design minimizes rotational mass, leading to improved high-RPM release and better longevity for transmission internals. The assembly includes a patent-pending CNC-machined billet steel flywheel, balanced to exacting tolerances (less than 0.100 OZ/IN) at no additional charge, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The package includes the clutch assembly, slave cylinder, carbon organic based clutch discs, billet steel flywheel, pilot bearing, alignment tool, and hardware. It excels in street driving, handling stop-and-go traffic with ease, and has proven its mettle on the drag strip with numerous recorded 8-second passes. It is also highly recommended for road course, HPDE, and autocross events, thanks to its reduced Moment of Inertia (MOI) and excellent high-RPM release. While capable of handling extreme abuse, this clutch is not recommended for drifting due to the demands placed on full-faced frictions. For all other usages within its power rating, it is an excellent choice that ensures you can still drive home after a demanding track day. When installed and broken in correctly, users can expect smooth, chatter-free operation with factory pedal feel. The only exception is when using an aftermarket master cylinder, which may increase pedal effort and reduce engagement window due to larger displacement.
