Description

These springs lower your vehicle, resulting in a reduced center of gravity, which directly contributes to improved handling capabilities and a more aggressive stance. They are engineered as an excellent option for both daily street driving and for those who occasionally take their vehicle to the track. The exact lowering amount can vary depending on the vehicle's original suspension configuration. For Mk4 models equipped with OE sport suspension, expect a lowering range of 1.0 to 1.25 inches. Vehicles with OE standard suspension will experience a drop of 1.5 to 1.75 inches. Special editions, such as the 337 and 20th AE models, will see a slightly more conservative drop of 0.5 to 0.75 inches. This product fits a range of Volkswagen Golf and GTI Mk4 models from 1999.5 to 2005, including the 337/20th models with the 1.8T engine, GTI models with the 1.8T engine, Golf models with the 2.0L engine, Golf TDi models, GTI models with the 12v VR6 engine, and GTI models with the 24v VR6 engine (2002+).
