S1 Coilover System

The Solo Werks S1 Coilover System offers a premium entry-level solution for enhancing the suspension performance of your B5 Audi A4 or S4 Quattro. The coilovers allow for a lowering range of 40-75mm on both the front and rear, enabling you to achieve your desired stance. Constructed with durability and performance in mind, the S1 Coilover System features heavy gold zinc-plated housings that have undergone 500-hour salt spray testing for superb corrosion resistance. The twin-tube shock design is gas-charged with fixed dampening and independent valves, specifically tuned for each application. High-tensile chrome silicon wire springs are utilized for their lightweight properties, reduced stress, and increased travel, all finished with a protective powder coat. The piston rods are hardened chrome with a mirror finish, and the system includes progressive rate elastomer bumpstops for a long lifespan. This kit includes everything needed for installation: two front threaded coilover dampers, two front springs with helper springs, two rear threaded coilover dampers, four progressive rate elastomer bumpstops, two spanner wrenches, and an installation instruction packet. A 1oz. bottle of Boeshield T-9 lubricant and protectant is also provided. Note that all lowering ranges are approximate and can vary based on vehicle mileage and condition. Additionally, this kit will not retain the OEM electronic dampening systems, and wheel spacers may be required depending on your specific wheel setup.
