S1 Coilover System

The Solo Werks S1 Coilover System is engineered as a premium, entry-level coilover suspension solution for a range of Volkswagen and Audi models, specifically the MK V and Mk VI platforms, provided they are equipped with rear multi-link suspension. This system allows for adjustable ride height, offering a lowering range of 35-65mm (1.4-2.5 inches) in the front and 35-70mm (1.4-2.75 inches) in the rear, enabling a customized stance. Constructed with durability and performance in mind, the S1 coilovers feature heavy gold zinc-plated housings that have undergone 500-hour salt spray testing for superior corrosion resistance. The kit includes twin-tube shock designs that are gas-charged with fixed dampening and independent valves, tuned for specific applications. High tensile chrome silicon wire springs are utilized for their lightweight properties, increased travel, and powdercoated finish, while hardened chrome piston rods and micro-cell poly elastomer bumpstops contribute to a long lifespan and progressive rate. Each kit comes complete with front threaded coilover dampers, main and helper springs, rear dampers, adjustable rear spring perches, rear springs, spanner wrenches, installation instructions, and a 1oz. bottle of Boeshield T-9 lubricant. Additionally, depending on your specific wheel choice, wheel spacers may be necessary for proper fitment. The product is backed by a 3-year limited warranty against construction and component defects.
