S1 Coilover System

The Solo Werks S1 Coilover System is a premium entry-level adjustable suspension kit engineered for BMW E36 3 Series Coupe, Sedan, and Convertible models produced between 1992 and 1998, including M3 variants. This system is designed to provide enhanced handling and a customizable stance with adjustable ride height, allowing for a front lowering range of 40-80mm (1.6-3.1 inches) and a rear lowering range of 20-50mm (0.8-2.0 inches). Constructed with durability and performance in mind, the S1 Coilover System features heavy gold zinc-plated housings for superior corrosion resistance, tested to withstand 500 hours of salt spray. The twin-tube shock design is gas-charged and offers app-specific fixed dampening. High-tensile chrome silicon wire springs ensure less stress and more travel, while hardened chrome piston rods provide a mirror finish. The kit includes elastomer bumpstops for a progressive rate and long lifespan, along with height-adjustable rear perches featuring a dual lock ring design. This comprehensive kit includes everything needed for installation: two front threaded coilover dampers with main and helper springs, two rear dampers with adjustable spring perches and springs, two sway bar end links, spanner wrenches, step-by-step installation instructions, and a 1oz bottle of Boeshield T-9 lubricant/protectant.
