S1 Full System Exhaust

The SC-Project S1 Full System Exhaust is a premium, race-developed exhaust system designed for the Yamaha R7 (2021+) and MT-07 (2025+). Engineered with roots in MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3, and the Superbike World Championship, this Italian-made system is built to enhance performance and deliver an aggressive track aesthetic. The S1 features a tapered silencer with a large outlet diameter, promoting superior exhaust airflow and optimized back pressure for a responsive throttle feel and a performance-focused character. Constructed from high-grade SAE 304 stainless steel for the muffler body and header, and finished with a durable carbon fiber end cap, the S1 exhaust is built for strength and heat resistance. Its conical body shape not only contributes to proper back pressure but also improves ground clearance, allowing for greater lean angles with increased rider confidence. This full system is a decat system and includes a removable dB-killer, with a race version approval type. Performance gains include +2.8 hp at 9000 rpm and +2.8 Nm of torque at 5250 rpm. A significant weight reduction of 4.6 Kg is achieved, with the stock weight at 7.7 Kg and the SC-Project S1 weighing in at 3.1 Kg. The system is equipped with provisions for a lambda probe. SC-Project backs this exhaust with a 24-month factory defect warranty.
