S1 Full System Exhaust Titanium/Carbon Fiber

The SC-Project S1 Full System Exhaust is a race-developed system engineered by a manufacturer proven at the highest levels of motorcycle racing, with development roots in MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3, and Superbike World Championship. It is designed for the Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660 models from 2020 onwards. The S1 features a tapered, race-inspired design with a large-diameter outlet that promotes enhanced exhaust flow. Its conical silencer body helps maintain proper back pressure, supporting a responsive throttle feel and a crisp, performance-focused character. The conical profile is also built to improve ground clearance, offering riders more confidence during extreme lean angles. Constructed from MotoGP-grade materials for strength, low weight, and heat resistance, the S1 features a Titanium muffler body and header, with a Carbon Fiber end cap. This full system exhaust offers a significant weight reduction of -2.5 Kg compared to the stock system (Stock 6.4 Kg / SC 3.9 Kg). It delivers an increase of +3.1 hp at 10,000 rpm and +3.1 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The S1 is a Race Version, and it does not include a dB-killer, producing 114 dB at 5,250 rpm without one. ECU remapping is recommended to achieve the best performance from this system. Bike-specific mounting hardware is included for a correct fit and clean installation. SC-Project North America provides a 24-month factory defect warranty for peace of mind. This exhaust system is intended for race or track use only and is not street legal.
