The Turbo Technics S280 is a large-bore performance turbocharger specifically designed for the Fiesta ST MK7. This unit features a direct-fit cast turbine housing with a unique Fiesta flange, ensuring a seamless installation onto your stock or modified exhaust manifold and downpipe without requiring adapter plates or risking leaks. The design also allows for the straightforward use of original oil supply and drain lines. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary supplies such as couplers, fittings, gaskets, and hardware for a hassle-free installation. It boasts an internally designed, developed, and manufactured assembly by Turbo Technics. Key upgrades include a larger, improved billet compressor wheel, a full-size K04 turbine wheel, and a custom anti-surge ported compressor housing. The turbo also features an upgraded K04 bearing housing and bearing system, enhanced bearings and shaft, a 360° thrust bearing assembly, and a competition gasket set. The turbine housing is constructed from nickel alloy. Installation requires a slight modification to the rear of the engine block, but this does not compromise the block's structural integrity. This unit is sold as a direct purchase with no exchange required. The Turbo Technics S280 is rated for 350-380cv when used with the stock HP fuel pump.
