The BNR S3 V5 Turbocharger Upgrade is a performance turbocharger engineered to maximize the factory fuel system, particularly when paired with upgraded fuel pump internals. This unit has been a consistent seller for the MZR platform since 2009. It offers a great tip-in response and has the potential to achieve up to 390 WHP. Key components of the BNR S3 V5 include a 2867 G series aero CHRA rated at 45 lb/min, VSR balancing for optimal performance, and a BNR upgraded compressor housing. It is equipped with a heavy-duty 15 psi wastegate actuator and features heavy-duty wastegate swing valve construction with a 30mm wastegate port. The turbo utilizes a .63 a/r turbine housing. An extensive install kit is included, containing essential hardware such as M10 1.5 stainless studs, nuts, and washers, along with M12 and M14 copper sealing washers. It also provides two oil outlet gaskets, a stainless MLS turbine inlet gasket, a stainless MLS turbine outlet gasket, and a firewall-side extended stainless water line to facilitate installation.
